Chrissy Flemming is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, but has lived in Savannah for the past decade. She attended the University of Alabama, earning a degree in Finance and Economics. She works for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as a Financial Institution Examiner and Capital Markets Specialist. Chrissy is also the founder of VicTreeFi, an education technology company providing financial literacy software to collegiate athletic programs.

Conni Reynolds is a native of the Savannah area. After graduating from Armstrong Atlantic State University, she spent seven years working in human relations and marketing at the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. She currently works for the Savannah Chamber of Commerce as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO.

LeNorris Williams

2nd Vice President

Lenorris Williams III is a highly accomplished and influential leader in the real estate industry. Lenorris graduated from Livingstone College with a business degree. During his time at Livingstone, he helped the college win two CIAA Conference golf championships. Lenorris is currently the CEO of Seabring Properties LLC, where he transforms neglected properties into thriving assets. Beyond his professional pursuits, Lenorris actively serves on the Board of Directors for the Savannah Classical Academy. As a board member of the Savannah Classical Academy, he plays a crucial role in shaping the school's vision and mission of providing a high-quality classical education to students in Savannah. Additionally, Lenorris is an active member of the Neighborhood Improvement Association, where he works tirelessly to enhance the quality of life in local neighborhoods. Through his involvement, he implements initiatives that promote community development, revitalization, and overall improvement.

Laura Moore

Laura M. Moore currently serves as the Savannah Market City President for BankSouth. Laura assumed this position in 2015, when BankSouth reopened in Savannah. She has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining BankSouth, she worked in Savannah as a commercial lender for SunTrust Bank and Darby Bank. Before moving to Savannah, she lived in Atlanta and worked for SunTrust Bank in the Factoring Division as a business development officer in the New York City Territory. She attended the University of Georgia and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in International Business. Laura is also a graduate of SunTrust Bank’s Management training program as well as Leadership Savannah and Leadership Georgia. Laura enjoys being active in the community having served on various boards that include, Treasurer for Educate Chatham Foundation, Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Savannah Early Childhood Foundation and Leadership Savannah. Currently, she is the Chairman of the World Trade Center Board. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and walking.

Hunter Hall is a public affairs professional with experience in the public and private sector. He is Vice President of Park Place Outreach Youth Emergency Services, Vice Chairman of the Savannah Park & Tree Commission, a member of the Savannah Development & Renewal Authority, the Savannah Zoning Board of Appeals, the Chatham County Affordable Housing Coalition, the Savannah-Chatham County Continuum of Care, the Telfair Museums William Jay Society, a graduate of Leadership Southeast Georgia, and holds undergraduate degrees in International Affairs and History from the University of Georgia. Originally from the Chattanooga, Tennessee area, Hunter has resided in Savannah since 2015 and is a proud resident of the Historic District.

Megan Manly

Megan is a career law clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. She obtained both her undergraduate degrees and her law degree from the University of Georgia, and she practiced with a local firm for almost ten years before taking on her current position with the federal court system. Prior to joining the Park Place board of directors, Megan served on boards and committees and served as a volunteer for several other area non-profits. Megan and her husband, John, and their two young daughters are active members of Ascension Lutheran Church.

James Buchman is a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He is part of the Buchman Cairns Reeves Team at Merrill Lynch. He attended Clemson University.

Fraser Klein

Fraser is an attorney with the Chatham County Public Defender’s Office where she has been practicing for five years. In her role as Mental Health Advocate, she represents clients in a variety of matters and works closely with local organizations and providers to improve access to resources for Savannah residents with mental illness. She is the lead defense attorney for the Savannah-Chatham Mental Health Court.

Fraser received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia where she graduated magna cum laude. She attended the University of Georgia School of Law and was the recipient of the 2011 Law School Alumni Association Award and the 2013 Public Interest Fellowship Award.

After practicing law in Atlanta for five years, she moved to Savannah in 2019. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family and friends, cooking, reading, and watching UGA football.

Stephanie Burgess

Stephanie O. Burgess is the owner and managing attorney of the Burgess Law Group, LLC, which is located in historic downtown Savannah, GA. Her practice areas include criminal defense, DUI, juvenile delinquency, divorce, child support, child custody and some civil cases. While she primarily practices in Savannah and surrounding areas, she represents clients throughout Georgia

Tony Murphy

Antonio Murphy is the Manufacturing Excellence Leader at International Paper, a long-term supporter of local nonprofit agencies including Park Place Outreach. Murphy will be contributing his professional skills in the finance and fundraising committees as he serves on the Park Place Board of Directors.

Grayzel Ellison

Grayzel Ellison, a Savannah native and two-time graduate of Savannah State University, holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in business. She currently serves as Corporate Director of Revenue Cycle, Patient Access Services at Emory Healthcare, with extensive leadership experience in hospital operations, physician practice management, and revenue cycle oversight. She also has expertise in Epic systems training and patient satisfaction system implementation.

In addition to her healthcare career, she has worked as an adjunct professor at Savannah Technical College and offers independent healthcare consulting.

Grayzel is actively involved in several professional and civic organizations, including HFMA, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., The Links, Inc. (Savannah Chapter, Vice President), and others.

She is married to Eric Ellison, with whom she shares a daughter, Erica. In her free time, she enjoys family time, journaling, reading, and line dancing. Her personal motto is inspired by Robert Collier: “Visualize this thing you want. See it, feel it, believe in it. Make your mental blueprint and begin.”

Eric Sibert Jr.

Eric T. Sibert, Jr. is the Assistant General Manager for the Hampton Inn Savannah Historic District, a Mckibbon managed property, where he has served for nine years. In addition to his role with the Hampton Inn, he is also an Adjunct Professor at the Savannah Technical College where he teaches young developing minds in business and in hospitality. Prior to joining the Hampton Inn and the Savannah Technical College, he enjoyed an extensive background in business where he worked in leadership roles at the corporate offices of Randstad North America; the YMCA of South Dekalb; Nationwide Credit. A native of Savannah, Eric was educated in both the private and public-school systems of Chatham County. He graduated from Sophronia Tompkins High School and went on to matriculate at Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Morris Brown with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management. Eric continued his educational pursuits by earning his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. An active member of the Savannah community, Eric has consulted with several local and statewide political officials. Furthermore, he assists with feeding the homeless through the Second Harvest program. Also, he is active with the Lamarville Community Association. Eric is a member of Bethel AME Church and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity

Hon. Benjamin Karpf

Ben Karpf is a Savannah native. He currently serves as a judge on the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia. Previously, he was in private practice as an attorney in Washington, DC and in Savannah. From 2013 to 2018, he served as a part-time judge on the Magistrate Court of Chatham County. After completing high school in Savannah, he continued his education in Washington, DC, receiving a B.A. in English from the George Washington University, and an M.A. degree and law degree (cum laude) from Georgetown University. Ben has served on numerous boards and civic organizations in Savannah, including the Creative Coast, the Savannah Jewish Federation, and the Jewish Education Alliance. Ben lives in Savannah with his wife Suzy and their two children, Sam and Charlie.

Khuyen Tran

Khuyen Tran is originally from Mobile, AL. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama. Following her undergraduate degree, she pursued her Master’s of Science in Health Administration from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. During her time there, she worked as an Graduate Student Associate and Intern at UAB Hospital. She moved to Savannah, GA in the summer of 2023 to complete her Administrative Residency with HCA Healthcare at Memorial Health. In 2024, she was promoted to Associate Administrator and has oversight over several departments including Therapy and Rehabilitation Services, Environmental Services, and Food and Nutrition Services. She has a four year-old dog named Maui, and she loves to explore new restaurants and places in the Savanah area.

President

Judge Tammy Stokes serves as a Chatham County Superior Court Judge after eighteen years as Judge of the Chatham County Recorder’s Court, ten years of which she was Chief Judge. Judge Stokes chose to return to her hometown of Savannah to hang a shingle after years working as an attorney in Washington, D.C. and Atlanta which included the Board of Veterans Appeals, the Dekalb County Juvenile Court, the Dekalb County Solicitor’s Office, and the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in psychology and from the University of Georgia School of Law. Judge Stokes has been an active leader in the community serving on boards and volunteering in various ways. She is married to the love of her life Dr. Larry D. Stokes, a retired Savannah State professor, and together they live with their two ragdoll cats, Zak and Zoe.
