Coastal Georgia Rural Homeless Diversion Service
Park Place Outreach is pleased to have the opportunity to offer services to those who are in need and qualify (age 18-24) for homeless diversion services in Bryan, Effingham, and Liberty County. This process is designed to stabilize participants as quickly as possible. Diversion is a strategy that prevents homelessness at the front door of the homeless response system by helping young people identify immediate alternative housing arrangements and, if necessary, connecting them with services and financial assistance to help them return to permanent housing.
